An accomplished multi-instrumentalist (guitar, flutes, mandolin and percussion) and singer/songwriter who, since moving to Brighton in 1987, has become very much part of the city's thriving musical scene, she has played over the years in more than a dozen bands, doing stage and session work as a solo singer, as well as performing her own songs as a solo artist. She has also played some of the biggest events in Europe such as the Edinburgh Festival and on the jazz stage at Glastonbury and has supported the likes of Jamiroquai. 'Here Now Now' is an elegantly crafted recording, with collaborations from gifted musicians, hand picked from the rich Brighton music scene ,who add depth, groove and style to the mix and ensure Hanna's voice and songs are heard to their best advantage. Hanna's fresh and original compositions encompass a range of styles and moods, from soulful ballads to uptown grooves, from chilled-out ambience to deep-felt spirituality.
